Over sleeping is a big problem of our life to live comfortably. When you wake up late, probably you do not want to admitthe fact. You feel upset and hope that you will not do it any more. However, most of late risers repeat over sleeping again and again. They cannot change their habit without effort. Over sleeping is a problem because it urges you to loose your job or drop points of your school. If you are late riser, you also loose the trust too. It threatens your future. Let’s try to solve the problem. How can they wake up on time? It seems to easy, but not for late risers. There are several solutions of over sleeping. The three possible solutions are setting alarms, creating sleepingcondition, and changing your daily habit.
First of all, you have to set many alarms to wake up. There are many kinds of alarms, such as a mobile phone, PC, iPod, an analog clock, and a degital clock. For example, a mobile phone have an alarm with a function of snoozing. It rings every 5 minutes for 30 minutes to an hour from setting time. Most of people have a mobile phone, so use the function and buy at least one more alarm clock. Late risers can not wake up on time, so you should set the alarm one hour before the time you must wake up, and use snoozing as I said before. It makes you awake soon. If those solutions do not work, ask your friends or family for a morning call. It will help you to wake up too.
Second solution is that creating sleeping conditions. By improving them, late risers will wake up on time. If you can not sleep early, you should control your condition. you can darken your bed room with a warm color light before you sleep. Warm color lights make you relax, so it will helo your sleeping. Drinking warm milk helps too, and do not take caffein, like a coke or coffee works as well. It easy to do, so try them and if they do not work, try to tire your body and brain. Exercising makes your body tired and reading books or playing studying games with Nintendo DS helps your brain tired. You should try something to create sleeping condition if you really want to wake up on time.
Finally, changing your daily routines helps for over sleeping. You have to sleep at least 8 hours a day. It adjusts your biological clock. To do this, first week you try to start from 6 hours sleeping a day, second is 7 hours, and third week sleep 8 hours. you accustom your body to sleep earlier. you also need to finish up everything you have to do up to 2 hours before you sleep. Then you get enough time, and it links to your sleeping condition. To do this, you can make a list of what you have to do, and it helps finishing up your work smooth. Then you try to practice better habit. If you watch TV shows at late night, of course you can not wake up. You can record your favourite TV programs and watch them after. Same as this, you have to stop everything which you are doing at late night. You should change your life style to solve this problem. It is the hardest to do, but if you want to change yourself, you should practice it.
To conclude this, over sleeping is a problem itself and also makes other trouble too. If you have not set more than two alarms, you should do as many as possible. If you have not created sleeping condition, you should think what you can do, and if you have not changed your daily routines, you should try to be better. Some of them are perhaps hard for you, but othe you can start easily, such as setting many alarms. You can start it from today. Changing your daily routines is quite hard because you have to change your habit. However, if you desperately try, it can be possible.
